These Terms & Conditions govern all travel bookings, services, and transactions made with GOVO Trip. By accessing our website, booking a trip, or making a payment, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by GOVO Trip.
Customers must provide accurate personal details as per passport or government ID.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change due to fuel surcharge, taxes, currency fluctuation, or supplier cost changes.
Additional personal expenses during travel are borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
30 days or more before travel: Refund of ₹7,500 after service charges.
15–29 days before travel: 50% refund of total booking amount.
21 days or less: No-show, no refund.
Non-Refundable Components:
Air tickets once issued
Visa fees, insurance, permits
Promotional & peak season packages
Non-refundable hotel bookings
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, and permits.
GOVO Trip is not liable for boarding denial or immigration issues.
6. Liability & Limitation
GOVO Trip acts only as an intermediary and shall not be responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid.
7. Force Majeure
GOVO Trip shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur.
