At GOVO TRIP, we aim to maintain complete transparency in our booking, cancellation, return, and refund processes. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Documents Required While Travelling
• Original Passport
• Flight Tickets
• Hotel Vouchers
• Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
• Foreign Currency
2. Booking & Payment Process
• At the time of booking, an advance token amount of INR 30,000 is required towards the land package. In case flights are booked through us, full flight payment is mandatory.
• Balance payment can be paid in 3–4 installments depending upon the departure date. All payments must be completed at least 25 days prior to departure.
• Hotel vouchers will be issued only after complete payment is received.
• Any delay in payment must be informed in advance for rescheduling.
3. Payment Terms
• 100% payment for domestic packages must be completed 15–20 days before departure.
• Airfare is subject to change until tickets are issued.
• In case of cancellation or refund, standard cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, and local suppliers will apply.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any amount paid towards activities or services not utilized during the tour is completely non-refundable. Visa fees, service charges, and booking fees are also non-refundable.
5. TCS (Tax Collected at Source)
TCS is applicable on international bookings as per Government norms effective from 01 October 2020. A 5% TCS is charged on the land package amount excluding airfare. This amount is deposited against your PAN and can be claimed while filing Income Tax Returns.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
• Visa rejection or delay
• Flight cancellation or delay due to unforeseen reasons
• Downgrading of airline seats or aircraft
• Loss or damage of baggage by airlines
• Passport validity issues or damaged passports
7. General Terms
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• No booking is confirmed until payment is received
• Check-in & check-out times are subject to hotel policies
• Sightseeing and transfers are on SIC (Sharing Basis) unless booked private
• All disputes are subject to Udaipur jurisdiction only
